1 Receipt of this postcard is recorded in Schenker's diary at OJ 1/16, p. 712, September 18, 1914: "Karte von Rich. Robert, der die Taktlosigkeit begeht, mich um einen Besuch zu bitten, trotzdem er offenbar eine Bitte vorzubringen hat." ("Postcard from Richard Robert, who has the gall to ask me to call on him despite his clearly having a request to make of me."); and his reply is recorded at OJ 1/16, p. 714, September 19, 1914: "Antwort an Frl. Kahn u. Rich. Robert, den ich ins Café Museum bestelle." ("Replies to Miss Kahn and Richard Robert, whom I tell to meet me at the Café Museum.").
