26. III. 14

Abends Floriz, Frau u.

March 26, 1914.

In the evening, Floriz, his wife and sister at our place. Floriz evidently excited by a lottery draw or some other win, about which he does not, however, say anything more specific. It is rather odd that he believes that he must keep it a secret, as if I were precisely the one who would begrudge him his winning ticket or diminish his winnings by taking them away.
