In the evening at his lesson, he is very nervous but still plays the hero, just so as not to appear cowardly. I clarify his uneasy mood for him by laying the blame for this on our state, and on the party system and on journalism, so that he, though by nature shy and without courage, can nevertheless feel free of guilt.
