Viennese coffee house, situated on the Kaiser-Ferdinands-Platz (= Schwedenplatz) 3. Also known as the Strandcafé because of its garden looking on to the Danube Canal. It was founded by Joseph Siller in 1900, and was unusual for the time in having a ladies' salon. Schenker and Moriz Violin frequented it on occasions.
