(Heinrich used the lessonbook as a holding place for diary entries, sidelining them to indicate that they should later be copied into the diary.). The confusion between “Gattung” and “Satz” recurs almost identically in Vrieslander’s lesson note for February 22 – since Schenker would not have made so rudimentary a mistake, one might assume that it was confusion on Jeanette’s part.
