Floriz! 1

Your lovely letter= OJ 14/45, [61] has just arrived. I hasten to tell you that I shall write to Klenau even today and send it (to the Konzerthaus, which will know his address wherever he may happen to be staying at present). Your case lies in fact very straight; and since Klenau is a thoroughly magnificent person, he will surely do all that he can to follow through this straight case along the straightest paths. So much at the moment of receiving your communication. Frankfurt is a splendid position, and indeed nearer to Vienna in its longing for spiritual and musical direction.

Many greetings to you, Vally, the children, from me and LieLiechen.

[in left margin, top to bottom:] Concerning the other question, I shall soon be making preparations.
