— Nach dem Frühstück auf dem Wirlweg – Lie-Liechen pflückt rothe Lichtnelken zu einem Strauß. — Nach der Jause Faust gelesen bis zur Wagenlenker-Scene. 1 — Eine Spule starken Zwirn gekauft zum Eeeinspannen [sic] des Filets.

— After breakfast, along the Wirlweg – Lie-Liechen picks red campions for a bouquet. — After teatime, Faust read as far as the scene with the [Boy] Charioteer. 1 — A spool of strong thread purchased, to stretch the crocheting.
