OJ 14/10, [32] Handwritten letter from Rosa Weil to Jeanette Schenker, dated February 11, 1938

Rosa and Arnold Weil are planning to holiday again imminently in Hofgastein. – Jeanette’s last letter was melancholic and complained of eye trouble. – Rosa alludes to their “fears” without enlarging, and later to “troubles." – She reports Lene’s uncertainty as to whether to enter medical practice, and also on a further death in the family and its impact.
