Als ich meinen letzten Brief an Sie absandte, 2 waren meine Colli noch unterwegs, u. ich bin daher genötigt, heute die Seitenzahlen zu berichtigen, die ich dort irrtümlich angegenben habe: ich möchte Sie nämlich bitten, das „Vorwort“ in II1 bis pag. XXIII (!) zu lesen, u. der damit gegebenen Situation Rechnung zu tragen. 3

I should like specifically to ask you to read the "Foreword" to vol. II/1 as far as p. XXIII (!), and to take the situation given there into account. 3
