Vom Vorstand des Beethoven-Hauses erhielt ich heute den Bescheid, daß wir das Reproduktionsrecht der M.-S. nur gegen finanzielle Beteiligung erhalten können und bot dem Vereine im Einvernehmen mit Direktor H. 5% des Ladenpreises an. Weitere Nachricht folgt.

Very honored Doctor, 1

Today I received notification from the Board of the Beethoven House that we may have reproduction rights for the manuscript only in return for a financial share. With the agreement of Director Hertzka, I offered the Society five percent of the retail price. More news to follow.
