Footnotes1 Sending of this postcard is recorded in Schenker’s diary for July 3, 1923: “An den Oberinspektor (Ansichtsk.): danken noch einmal u. erkundigen uns nach den Dingen in St. Bernhard.” (“To the Chief Inspector (picture postcard): we thank him again and ask how things are in St. Bernhard.”). — By this date, Wilhelm Schenker had moved from Kautzen, near Waidhofen, to St. Bernhard, near Horn. |
