Seit einigen Tagen höre ichs, daß z.B. H. Prof. Godovsky , R. Robert , u. Andere, meine Arbeit über die „Chromatische Fantasie“ eingesehen haben. Wenn schon Abzüge existieren, warum werden Sie mir vorenthalten? Wollen Sie die Freundlichkeit haben, mir mit paar Worten den Sachverhalt zu erklären.

A few days ago I heard that, e.g., Prof. Godovsky, R. Robert, and others have examined my work on the Chromatic Fantasy . If proofs already exist, why are they being withheld from me? Please will you be so kind as to drop me a line explaining the matter to me.
