Für Ihre Hilfe danke ich verbindlichst. Tomay habe ich sofort verständigt, aber Haas kommt erst Donnerstag wieder ins Amt; er scheint verreist zu sein. Footnotes1 Receipt of this postcard is not recorded in Schenker's diary. 2 Schenker’s diary for September 12 records a letter to Deutsch about the Beethoven song Neue Liebe, neues Leben, which Jeanette wrote out from dictation; but the summary in the diary makes no mention of the accident or illness for which he was treated by his personal doctor, Paul Frühmann, for four days. |
