Footnotes

Cotta, on February 8, 1908 to send Frimmel a copy of his Harmonielehre for review in the Beethoven-Jahrbuch (CA 75), and this is recorded in his diary on the same day: "Brief an Cotta wegen Rz/ex. an Dr. Frimmel." ("Letter to Cotta concerning a review copy to be sent to Dr. Frimmel.").
