Da das Rektorat der Hochschule und die Direktion der Akademie für Musik und darstellende Kunst ² entsprechend einer vom Bundesministerium für Unterricht erlassenen Weisung im Einvernehmen mit der Finanzprokuratur Wien über das Sophie Deutsch Musiker-Stipendium einen Stiftbrief auszuarbeiten hat, wobei, wie bereits wiederholt betont, von jeder Einschränkung des Ihnen auf Lebzeiten zustehenden Verleihungsrechtes, als dem stifterischen Willen entsprechend widersprechend, Abstand zu nehmen ist, werden Sie in Befolgung einer Weisung des Bundesministeriums für Unterricht höflichst ersucht, bekanntzugeben, auf welche Weise nach Ihrer Ansich die Verleihung der Stiftung nach Ihrem Ableben in engster Uebereinstimmung mit den Wünschen der Erblasserin erfolgen könnte, da der hiefür geeignete Vorgang im Stiftbrief festzuhalten ist. ³

The Rectorate of the Highschool and the Administration of the Academy for Music and Performing Arts, ² in accordance with an advisory issued by the Federal Ministry of Education in accord with the Financial Procuratoriate in Vienna, has to draw up a foundation letter for the Sophie Deutsch Musician's Stipend whereby, as already repeatedly emphasized, any limitation of the right of award conferred upon you for your lifetime is to be refrained from as being contrary to the originator's wishes. You are respectfully requested in pursuance of an advisory from the Federal Ministry of Education to make known how in your opinion the awarding of the stipends after your death could be conducted in fullest compliance with the wishes of the testatrix, since the procedure deemed appropriate is to be adhered to in the foundation letter. ³
