Austrian doctor and orthopedic surgeon, and the last noteworthy student of Prof. Adolf Lorenz. Dr. Hass's most consequential publication came out in Vienna in 1934, the teaching manual Konservative und operative Orthopädie (Conservative and Operative Orthopedics).

In 1918, Hass wanted to take lessons with Schenker. Since he could not read music, Schenker passed him on to Marianne Kahn.
