Dear Professor von Cube,
1
At the same time [as this postcard], I am sending
you, as printed papers, pieces by Weisse, which I am asking
you to keep as a souvenir of me and Weisse.
2
This time the music sounds Bachian, but it is good, and better than anything else, with beautiful [voice-]leading, innate expression, etc.
As I have said, I shall send you a letter from Galtür.
Best greetings.
Yours,

Footnotes
1 Writing of this postcard
does not appear to be recorded in Schenker's diary.
2 From the content of this postcard, including
the postscript running down the side, it appears as if some works of Hans Weisse in a Bachian style had been
printed from the composer's own manuscript copy.
